The vision further supports a value system that places God first and ensures that the fundamental principles of social responsibility are established in a family atmosphere.   our mission VMO’s mission is to provide educational, economic, moral and spiritual support to young males ages 11-18 who have been abused, neglected, labeled or challenged in any way.
